Background
Our New York web design firm was established in 2003 as A2ZWebsmith under the vision and leadership of founder and president, Ke(jkuy)enan Fit(jkuy)zge(jkuy)rald. Kee(jkuy)nan had worked for several technology and telecommunications firms since 1995 and had found an exciting opportunity in web design. Through years of experience with computer technology and a penchant for the creative arts, the business was born. After a few years of "paying dues" in the highly competitive web design industry, the name was changed to Core Web Solutions expanding services from basic web design to full-service web development. In 2006 the process of building a network of independent specialists began. Realizing that no one person can be good at all aspects of web design and development, the idea of hiring individuals in specialized aspects on a per project basis who collectively are a very strong and talented team of professionals became not only the new business model for Core Web Solutions but most of the web design industry.
Business Model
Our business model is simple: we use a network of highly qualified web designers, graphic artists, programmers, copywriters, and search engine marketing experts to build the highest quality websites for our clients. Each project is managed by an experienced project manager to bring the project to a satisfactory result. We also provide ancillary services such as website maintenance and search engine optimization which require on going efforts. This whole model makes the cost far less expensive than an equivilent "in house" firm where salaries, benefits, payroll taxes, equipment, and office space drive the prices way up. Our low overhead business model offers the best services at the most competitive pricing compared to the expensive "in-house" companies.
