We are currently seeking to build a strong outside sales force. In order to better compete in the local, regional and national market, it is essential that we build a stronger "pro-active" presence in the marketplace. In order to accomplish that goal, we find it necessary to have strong sales people focusing exclusively on establishing contacts, developing leads and meeting with clients to acquire new business. Also, a strong outside sales model encourages recurring business with clients.

- Earn commissions on every sale, including residual (recurring) payments for subscription agreements sold.

Job Description:
The independent sales associate (ISA) is a contract position inteded to identify businesses in need of web development services, offer contacts, develop leads, establish rapport, solicit new and recurring business, and subscription services.
The ISA will also receive "in-house" leads from the management from potential customers who have contacted the office directly. Once a customer relationship is established, The ISA will also maintain contact and interest in potential and established customers to solicit on-going business in an account-management function.
Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- US Citizenship
- High School Diploma
- Associates Degree or higher - a big plus!
- Valid Driver's License
- Own a reliable car/ vehicle
- No criminal record (thorough background check will be done for each candidate)
- Clean professional appearance
Experience:
- 2 - 3 years sales experience is required
- Corporate or business to business sales preferred
- IT and Web Development knowledge required
Skill Sets/ Knowledge:
- Proficiency in basic business computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc) is required.
- Strong IT and technical aptitude required.
- Strong verbal/ written communication skills required.
- Strong Internet and web design knowledge required!

- Honesty and integrity are paramount to our business philosophy and must be demonstrated consistently by any contractor or employee of this company.
Compensation:
- 15- 20% Gross sales commission (typical project $2000 - $5,000, large-scale projects up to $20k)
- Quarterly bonus for achievments
- Residual commissions from recurring services sales (web hosting, maintenance, SEO, etc)
- Earning potential: 25k - 50k part-time; 50K and up full-time
- Commission only to start, upon success over time will become salary plus commission
