Website maintenance is hourly on-demand service for clients with one time or occasional work requests and includes the following types of services:
- Technical support: Supporting the website owner with help and answers to technical questions.
- Site modifications and updates: per client request or using a monthly check list
- Moderate layout changes and redesign: to improve the overall appearance.
- Adding/ removing content: add new pages, remove old pages, revising text and photos.
- Code revision: cleaning up bad code, revising HTML and JavaScript to perform better.
- Linking maintenance: adding or removing reciprocal links (not soliciting links)
- Reformatting text: using CSS (style sheets): adding or revising CSS style sheet and clearing out old <font> tags.
- Repairing broken links and bad code.
Our website maintenance services are billed by the hour for only the work you request.
Webmaster Services
Webmaster services are retainer-based website maintenance services for clients with ongoing maintenance needs. We offer quarterly and annual retainer contracts which are significantly discounted from our basic maintenance rate.
